Internship Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will assist in various tasks across the recruitment process, gaining practical skills in HR and talent management. Key responsibilities include:
- Connecting with candidates via emails and calls to schedule interviews
- Screening profiles based on organizational criteria to identify top talent
- Coordinating interviews by sending calendar invites, ensuring timely follow-ups, and ensuring the selection process runs smoothly
- Assisting in managing the recruitment process, including interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
- Sourcing candidates through various online platforms and channels
- Maintaining dashboards and databases to track candidate progress and other recruitment metrics

- Location: Gurgaon (In-office)
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
