Associate Cloud Engineer | Bangalore, India

🌟 Primary Responsibilities 🌟:
Actively contribute to the cloud services team.
Install and manage central computing systems, servers, and their associated operating systems.
Monitor the performance of central computing resources for optimization.
Recommend hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
Offer consultancy to application and database personnel regarding hardware and operating system environments.
Provide comprehensive documentation to guide operations personnel in their day-to-day tasks related to hardware and operating systems.
Collaborate with clients and other team members.
The Candidate:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
0-1 years of relevant experience in Systems Management, Application Support, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, or CRM product support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-related issues.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Familiarity with the installation and administration of IIS 6.0/7.0.
Knowledge of DNS concepts.
Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
Optimistic outlook.
Demonstrated high integrity and accountability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to manage critical issues in a large-scale enterprise environment and make appropriate escalation decisions.
