About the Job:
Accenture is looking for an HR Partner Associate to join their team. The HR Partner Associate will be responsible for providing employee-centric support and process and business support to employees across Accenture. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, communication skills, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide employee-centric support, including coaching and guidance, career development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to HR.
- Work with business leaders to identify and recommend development opportunities for employees.
- Support the annual compensation cycle and variable pay administration.
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on HR programs and services.
- Develop and deliver training on HR topics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
