Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Intranet and Knowledge Management System:
- Administering the knowledge management portal in SharePoint and managing Intranet administration and agency collaboration.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to plan and drive activation and other initiatives.
- Promoting and communicating activation and other initiatives effectively.
- Planning and executing recognition and rewards programs (R&R).
- Conducting performance measurement and reporting on various communication platforms.
- Conducting performance measurement, feedback surveys, and preparing reports.
B. Employee Engagement:
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to plan and activate internal communication campaigns.
- Creating internal emailers,using Mail Chimp.
- Conducting performance measurement, feedback surveys, and preparing reports.
C. Assisting in internal and external communication projects as required.

Duration:
The Tata International internship will have a duration of 6 months.
