Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough searches and identify potential clients for financial planning sessions
- Foster strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve customer acquisition targets and deliver comprehensive product information to clients
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions and assistance
- Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to expand customer portfolios
- Ensure compliance with all sales systems, operational procedures, underwriting policies, and regulatory guidelines, while ensuring accurate data collection
- Promptly report any instances of sales, compliance, or HR guideline violations to supervisors
