Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR – Business Partner Intern at Snapdeal, you will have the following roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct HR connects and floor pulse.
- Identify talent gaps.
- Update organization structures and job descriptions.
- Work on the implementation of the mentorship program.
- Conduct market research on HR best practices.

This internship will take place in Gurgaon, India.
Duration
The internship program will last for a period of 3 months.
